By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

TanmayiSoft provides website design, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, and related IT services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of services are defined in individual project agreements.

Payment Terms

50% advance payment is required before project commencement
Remaining 50% is due upon project delivery
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or cheque

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered work. TanmayiSoft retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Project Changes

Any changes to the agreed project scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All change requests must be submitted in writing and approved before implementation.

Warranty & Support

We provide 3 months of free support after project delivery, covering bug fixes related to our work. This does not cover changes to requirements, third-party service failures, or client-caused issues.

Limitation of Liability

TanmayiSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
